Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return requests after this return period cannot be accepted.
How to Return an Item
Contact us at support@rishbourne.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be pre-approved. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing may take up to 7 days from approval. No restocking fee applies
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for new and unused items. Email us with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
Order Cancellations
